Shannon obtained her Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Illinois State University. She is passionate about connecting people with services that enhance their quality of life and protect what matters most. Prior to joining Crystal Lake Tax & Financial, Shannon helped families on the insurance side of the spectrum.

Shannon enjoys traveling, staying active and spending time with family and friends.
